Director Belinda Giardino has been writing resumes for over 16 years. Belinda holds a Bachelor in Communication (Journalism) from La Trobe University.

Belinda has previously worked as a property and features Journalist for Star Newspaper, as well as having writing published in the Urban Development Institute of Australia's magazine ‘Urban Affairs’, 'Business West' magazine, 'Bargain Shoppers Guide to Melbourne' magazine and more.

Throughout her schooling Belinda found herself assisting family and friends with their resumes, and thus, the idea to start her own resume business was born.

"I find it so rewarding to be assisting others to write their resumes. I have had many job seekers who are actually good at writing employ my services, as it can be difficult to write about yourself and an outsider's perspective is just the ticket," says Belinda.

A Grade Resumes was also nominated in the Community Contribution category in the 2023 City of Whittlesea Business Awards. Belinda said it was an honour to be recognised for the work she does, alongside so many other deserving local businesses.

Belinda delivers resume preparation workshops for various community groups, including secondary students at schools and migrant and refugee women.
